Manage customer queries and requests to ensure a positive customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and maintain strong relationships through communication. Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Send quotations to customers based on direct inquiries from customers and the sales team
\n\n\n\n
Ongoing communication with suppliers to fulfill customer needs
\n\n\n\n
Handle customer service requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp
\n\n\n\n
Handle customer requests that come through the CRM system
\n\n\n\n
Answer customer calls and route them to appropriate departments as needed
\n
\n\n\n\n
Requirements:
\n\n\n\n
\n
2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role
\n\n\n\n
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Priority Software
\n\n\n\n
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
\n\n\n\n
Experience with customer and supplier communications
\n\n\n\n
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
\n\n\n\n
Excellent verbal and writing English skills
\n\n\n\n
Strong service orientation, patience, and attention to detail
\n
\n\n\n\n
This is a full-time on-site position requiring a standard workweek from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Optional one-day work-from-home)
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our recently established Customer Success group and to oversee our Strategic Customers segment
