The Strategic Account Manager manages 10-15 strategic customer accounts, growing their business, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, and building strong and solid relationships.

Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic, multi-year account growth plan. The plan should relate to both commercial and technological aspects of deepening the implementation and engagement of the customer with our products and services.
\n\n\n\n
Establish productive, professional, and interpersonal relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts across all levels: from CXO level to the ERP users.
\n\n\n\n
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
\n\n\n\n
Represent the customer's needs within the company and facilitate their relationships with different departments such as Product, R&D, Professional Services, and Support.
\n\n\n\n
Act as a trusted advisor for the customer, lead solution development efforts and suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs while ensuring alignment between customer's needs and Priority’s direction and resources.
\n\n\n\n
Conduct ongoing professional discussions with customers to present our most recent developments and roadmap and to find relevant solutions within our portfolio of products and services.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager for large and complex customers.
\n\n\n\n
Solid sales or business experience in a B2B environment
\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships
