    The Strategic Account Manager manages 10-15 strategic customer accounts, growing their business, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, and building strong and solid relationships.

    \n\n\n\n

    Responsibilities:

    \n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Develop a strategic, multi-year account growth plan. The plan should relate to both commercial and technological aspects of deepening the implementation and engagement of the customer with our products and services.
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Establish productive, professional, and interpersonal relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts across all levels: from CXO level to the ERP users.
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Represent the customer's needs within the company and facilitate their relationships with different departments such as Product, R&D, Professional Services, and Support.
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Act as a trusted advisor for the customer, lead solution development efforts and suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs while ensuring alignment between customer's needs and Priority’s direction and resources.
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Conduct ongoing professional discussions with customers to present our most recent developments and roadmap and to find relevant solutions within our portfolio of products and services.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager for large and complex customers.
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Solid sales or business experience in a B2B environment
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Problem-solving attitude
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • \n\n\n\n
    • Good understanding of IT and finance environments
    • \n\n\n\n
    • ERP knowledge – an advantage
