- Event Planning & Execution: Lead the organization and management of both virtual, physical industry events and partner events to strengthen brand presence through strategic planning and flawless execution. Responsibilities include handling logistics, registration, promotion, event performance analysis, securing speaking opportunities, and orchestrating collaborative regional events and seminars, while working with subcontractors and production companies.
- Webinar Platform Coordination: Take charge of marketing webinars, encompassing tasks like scheduling, setup, speaker training, live support, and tracking performance. Ensure seamless execution and high engagement levels for each webinar.
- Social Media Management: Monitor inboxes on Facebook and LinkedIn, and coordinating content placement and scheduling across various channels. Keep our social media presence active and engaging.
- Website Support: Update the website with content and graphics aligned with current marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the relevant marketing team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage the translation and distribution of marketing collateral, and oversee the production and inventory of promotional materials and giveaways.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hebrew.
- Proven event planning skills and awareness of details.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (GoTo) and social media promotion.
- Experience with Marketing Automation (HubSpot) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in independently meeting deadlines, while effectively collaborating within a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
