Manage customer queries and requests to ensure a positive customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and maintain strong relationships through communication. Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Send quotations to customers based on direct inquiries from customers and the sales team
- Ongoing communication with suppliers to fulfill customer needs
- Handle customer service requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Handle customer requests that come through the CRM system
- Answer customer calls and route them to appropriate departments as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Priority Software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with customer and supplier communications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong service orientation, patience, and attention to detail
