Application Support Engineer
Description: As our new Application Support Engineer, you manage customer queries and requests to ensure a positive customer experience. You serve as the a main point of contact and maintain strong relationships through communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and answer functional questions from our customers
- Make suggestions for optimizing our ERP applications based on common issues you receive from our customers
- Guide our customers through the installation, start-up and use of our applications
- Provide status follow-up to out end users about their registered tickets
- Make an optimal effort to keep our customer satisfaction as high as possible
- Participate in the further development of our applications by testing new software versions
- Ensure that the FAQs and user documentation are up-to-date
Requirements:
- Native level Dutch speaker
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk, support or customer facing position
- You have knowledge of production and business processes and demonstrable experience in working with ERP or similar applications
- You are a process oriented thinker
- Strong experience problem-solving and communicating with customers in a clear and service oriented way (verbally and in writing)
- You are a team player, but you are not afraid to work independently.
