Software QA

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality standards can be met.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Create and maintain test environments, test data, and testing tools.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Analyse, investigate and troubleshoot the root cause of defects.
• Report and communicate testing progress, results and defects.
• Continuously improve the testing processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: testing / engineering field or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years as a software QA, doing manual testing.
• Proficiency: Testing Desktop & SaaS applications, experienced with SQL, API & Scrum.
• Advantages: Experience in the Hospitality industry, automation tools (e.g. Postman, Cypress, API scripting, automation suites), management tools (e.g. Jira/Zephyr).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Great communication and teamwork abilities.
• Independence and drive to push projects to completion.
