Presale & Partner Enablement Consultant

Priority is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and focused Solutions Engineer in Israel. The Solutions Engineer will combine functional knowledge with sales skills and is ultimately responsible for the technical and functional win during the sales cycle. Solutions Engineers are the primary functional resource for the sales force hence, they are responsible for actively driving and managing the functional and professional evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key advisor and product advocate for our solutions. The Solution Engineers will also be assigned few Business Partners of Priority, local and global, to whom they will give on-going support in sales and implementation areas, utilizing their expertise in Priority, with the goal of helping the partner become more professional. Therefore, you must be able to articulate functionality and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must be able to identify all business needs and issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Above all, we are looking for someone who can communicate the Priority values and be able to design an optimal business solution for complex customer infrastructure, on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales hands-on support
  • Work closely with Sales & Account Executives through the complete sales process
  • Perform Discovery sessions with prospects to gather requirements, better understand business needs, defining the most appropriate Priority solutions
  • Present Priority’s value proposition to customers and partners effectively
  • Conduct and ensure the success of customer proofs-of-concept (POCs)
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by developing new relationships within prospective accounts
  • Support Priority seminars and industry trade shows in the regions
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Develop expertise and product knowledge of Priority’s complete suite of products and associated technologies
  • Work closely with Priority’s Business Partners, supporting them in sales aspects, including knowledge transfer, to help our partners become more professional.

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience with Priority Software Solutions or relevant experience with ERP systems
  • Deep business knowledge experience.
  • 3+ years as Solutions or Presale engineer or equivalent experience
  • Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical as well as executive audiences
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross-organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus-building skills
  • Strong hands-on technical abilities
  • Innovative, curious, and a fast learner.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
  • PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Excellent English & Hebrew skills
