Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to develop complex features in high quality and timely manner.
- Manage developers and QA personnel and processes.
- Manage development routines utilizing Scrum.
- Lead and participate in the design of complex features.
- Develop high quality solutions for an intensively-used product with a rich UI.
- Aim to achieve iterated, short time-to-market deliveries.
- Work closely with product managers, other team leads, and company stakeholders.
- Be involved with all parts of the system, including APIs, DBs, cloud, and front-end.
- Research new technologies, methods and tools.
- Handle escalated support cases and important product and system failures.
- Invest in your team and in the company to facilitate growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Formal education in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years as a Full-Stack Team Lead, 5+ years as a Full-Stack developer.
- Technologies: C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Methodologies: Excellent control of Scrum & Git.
- Advantages: AWS, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines.
- Great communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

SaaSOps
Provide application support for multiple mission-critical applications in SaaS and cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve application, instance, and/or system issues. Develop, implement, document, and execute standard operations procedures, including monitoring. Working with Engineering to design automation of procedures, deployment, controls, and Security. Provide technical expertise and advocacy around how solutions should be implemented in production from SaaS Operations POV. Demonstrate ability to work on several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment. Communicate deployment and production-related activities internally and externally when appropriate. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide coverage during off business hours
R&D Director
