Software QA Engineer & Technical Support Representative

Our products are used by thousands of hotels, locally and abroad. We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer who will be excited to join us and dive into our world. If you enjoy defining solid test plans, executing them, improving testing processes, researching and solving problems, interacting with external collaborators, and are an excellent communicator and collaborator, then this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality standards can be met.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Create and maintain test environments, test data, and testing tools.
  • Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration and performance testing.
  • Analyze, investigate and troubleshoot the root cause of defects.
  • Report and communicate testing progress, results and defects.
  • Continuously improve the testing processes for efficiency.
  • Provide technical support for escalated incidents.
  • Handle and support integrations with suppliers.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Formal education in an engineering field or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years as a software QA Engineer, doing manual testing.
  • Mastery of Hebrew and English – written and spoken at an excellent level.
  • Proficiency: Testing Desktop & SaaS applications, experienced with SQL, Postman & Scrum.
  • Advantages: Experience in the Hospitality industry, automation tools, management tools (e.g. Jira/Zephyr).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Great communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Independence and drive to push projects to completion.

  • Are you willing to commute to our office in Nesher 4-5 days per week?
  • How many years of experience do you have in manual QA? (minimum 2)
  • How many years of experience do you have with Postman? (minimum 2)
  • How many years of experience do you have with SQL? (minimum 2)
