Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled and independent Product Designer to elevate our user experiences for cuttingedge products. If you are attuned to user needs, workflows, and challenges, and have a knack for creating clean, functional UI designs, come join us and make an impact! Your expertise in best practices will be crucial in designing intuitive and effective solutions that enhance our product's usability and appeal

As a Product designer you will:

• Design end-to-end product experiences (UX and UI)
• Own the full life-cycle of the UX and UI efforts through research, ideation &
  conceptualization, detailed design, and execution.
• Understand users’ pain points and needs by conducting user and developing the right UX
  solutions.
• Break down complex problems to find simple, efficient solutions.
• Perform usability testing on a regular basis.
• Be data-driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve the experience.
• Design scalable concepts for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the UX team, product managers, and R&D to define and deliver
  extraordinary products
• Work in an agile methodology; an ever-changing, fast-paced environment

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of user experience design of complex systems (B2B/SaaS products).
• Experience in user research.
• Proven ability to solve advanced UX problems and simplify complex flows.
• Excellent knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems.
• Experienced in prototyping tools (Figma and other relevant tools)
• Relevant degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems)
• Excellent communication skills - effectively communicate your design rationale both verbally
  and visually, in both Hebrew and English.
• An open-minded, and respectful people-person with amazing interpersonal
  relationships, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Passion for solving advanced UX and UI challenges in a very complex system
