Head Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bookkeeper to lead the accounting operations of a growing global company. This role includes managing a professional team and overseeing all bookkeeping processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional management and leadership of the bookkeeping team.
• Responsibility for all accounting processes up to the balance sheet level.
• Managing relationships with external accountants, banks, and financial institutions.
• Supervising and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Handling intercompany reconciliations within the group.
• Managing regulatory reporting and fixed asset accounting.

Job Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 / CPA-equivalent certification – mandatory.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in bookkeeping up to balance sheet level.
• Significant experience in managing a bookkeeping team.
• Experience in global/international companies – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• High-level English – mandatory.
• Extensive familiarity with Priority ERP – a significant advantage.
