We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Administrative Coordinator for a part-time position.

key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Communication Management: Receiving emails and phone inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Licensing Management: Handling licensing issues in the Priority system and coordinating with client relations.
- Support and Service: Responding to requests from business partners, the presales department, and the cloud team.
- Daily Tasks: Balanced division of work between email responses (50%) and phone communications (50%).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration and customer support – an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with the Priority system – a significant advantage.
- Availability for a part-time position.
