- Payroll Specialist: Deep knowledge of labor laws, income tax, social security, pension clearinghouse, and more. Excellent understanding of the impact of regulatory changes on payroll calculations and interfaces with authorities.
- Familiarity with various payroll systems, Priority's payroll system (advantage).
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and professional expression in writing and verbally, also with clients.
- Team player: Ability to work independently alongside teamwork, manage professional discussions, and represent the company.
