CX Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project manager to join the Priority Customer Experience PMO team. The PMO team is one of the functions in the Priority Customer Experience global organization. The team leads the CX cross org projects: integrations, processes design and alignment, tools implementations and improvements, KPI, reports and dashboards. The CX Junior Project Manager will lead significant parts of our cloud operations projects (data center migrations and version upgrades), and other projects as needed. This is a dynamic position, strategically supporting the CX in its goals and objectives. This is a full-time position, hybrid, based in Rosh Haayin (4 days a week). The position requires regular availability outside of standard business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project plan for the data center migration project.
• Track the status of the tasks, flag risks and provide updates and mitigation recommendations.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Manage communications with customers.
• Map and define business requirements for internal tools to support the migration project.
• Liaise between company departments: Cloud, R&D, Support, Customer Success, Global Applications.
• Be the focal point for cloud operations projects
• Produce the cloud operations monthly report
• Assist the PMO with additional project and tasks as needed

Skills:

• B.A/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Industrial Management or other relevant degrees.
• Experience working with multiple, varying stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities
• Excellent English level both written and spoken
• Resilient, ability to work in times of change and fast growth
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• High interest in the operations of complex software products, SaaS, Cloud and Customer Experience.
