What will you do in this role?
- Manage the calendar and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Prepare marketing presentations and handle warm leads, including preparing and tracking price quotes.
- Organize and document sales and administrative materials in the Priority system.
- Communicate with international clients – handle emails and provide ongoing English-language support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, operating the sales cycle within Priority ERP, including client onboarding, documenting price quotes, and finalizing billing with Finance.
What are we looking for?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Proficiency in Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in administrative/secretarial roles – a significant advantage.
- Experience with Priority ERP – a big plus!
- Full-time position – 9-hour workdays, 08:30-17:30 from the office (no hybrid work).
- Location: Company offices in Nesher, Haifa.
