Customer Support Representative – Hospitality
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our professional Support team. In this role, you will provide high-quality service and technical support to our customers – hotels in Israel and abroad and serve as a key link between our clients and internal teams.

With over 30 years of experience, Priority has built a customizable ERP system for the hospitality and tourism industry, helping hotels streamline operations and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone support and service to customers (hotels in Israel and internationally)
- Diagnose technical issues, document cases, and guide users toward effective solutions
- Deliver training and ongoing guidance to customers on proper system usage (both remotely and on-site at the customer’s location)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including QA testers, developers, and product managers, to ensure comprehensive customer support
- Work from our company offices, full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 08:30–17:30
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service in the field of information systems – required
- Strong technological orientation and solid process understanding
- Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and quick learning capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or relevant professional certification – advantage
- Familiarity with databases (SQL) – advantage
