Bookkeeper (Level 1+2)

Priority Software, a leading provider of business management software, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable bookkeeping for both domestic and international customers
• Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes
• Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collections
• Perform customer account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records using the Priority ERP system
• Handle ongoing customer account maintenance, including debt tracking and collection
• Work with service agreements and respond to client inquiries
• Support monthly financial closing activities
• Take ownership of AR bookkeeping and collection processes
• Work efficiently and accurately in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 1+2 (mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with the Priority ERP system (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• High level of responsibility, organization, and accuracy
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy with good learning agility
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in collections (mandatory)
