Responsibilities:
- The role requires mastering a complex product, demonstrating strong technical understanding, and working closely with the Support, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams.
- The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program over several months, covering the Priority product, support processes, and social media operations.
Requirements:
- Native Hebrew (spoken and written), and very good English.
- Familiarity with ERP systems – strong advantage (especially Priority ERP).
- Experience with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, App Stores, Reddit) and the ability to communicate professionally and represent the company online.
- Understanding of the customer service world.
- Excellent written communication skills – clear, fluent, and professional writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills – patience, active listening, positive attitude, and willingness to help.
- High self-learning ability, service-oriented mindset, strong time management, and ability to perform under pressure.
