ERP Support Specialist – US Market
We’re looking for two talented ERP Support Specialists to join our Global Support Team for the US market — one for the technical track and one for the financial track.
Working Hours – Monday to Friday:
• Morning shifts: 08:00–17:00 IST
• Evening shifts: 14:00–23:00 IST
Availability for all shifts is required.

Our comprehensive training program will prepare you to become an expert in the Priority ERP system.
We’re seeking team players with strong technical or financial skills, deep system understanding, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to customers and partners in US and Israel.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operation.
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, active listening, and a positive, service-oriented approach.
- Full proficiency in English and Hebrew – a must.
- Strong technical or financial background and solid computer skills.
- High motivation, self-learning ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, under pressure and within deadlines.
- For the financial track: 5+ years of experience as an Account managers or accountants, with hands-on experience using financial systems – mandatory.
- For the technical track: Technical background from academic studies, military service, or practical experience in the IT field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Priority ERP or other ERP systems.
- Academic degree or professional experience in Information Systems, Management, Logistics, or Accounting.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
