Project Manager (Exponet)

Expo-Net, part of the Priority Software Group, is a dynamic technology company in Bnei Brak specializing in engineering project management systems.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects for complex web, ERP, and financial systems. The role combines strong business understanding, technical orientation, clear documentation, and hands-on process leadership across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation – Collaborate closely with clients to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• UI/UX Coordination – Partner with our UI/UX designer to review and approve wireframes and mockups.
• Mock Application Prototyping – Build interactive mock apps and prototypes to validate user flows and refine requirements before development.
• Specification Writing – Produce detailed functional and technical specifications using UML methodology.
• Build Management – Prepare and maintain freeze-builds using standard industry tools.
• Issue Resolution – Investigate and resolve software bugs, proposing robust solutions.
• Project Leadership – Own projects from client kick-off through go-live and ongoing maintenance, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Team Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with development teams and conduct QA testing on every release.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Information Systems Analyst in a software development environment.
• Client & Team Engagement: Proven track record working directly with both development teams and business stakeholders.
• Prototyping Skills: Experience building mock applications or prototypes (e.g., using tools like Figma, Axure, Balsamiq or lightweight code-based prototypes).
