SCM QA Engineer (Supply Chain Management)

Priority Software is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) development team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong experience in Priority ERP, especially in logistics, warehouse management, and manufacturing modules, who is looking to move into or grow within a QA-focused position.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual QA testing for SCM-related modules (logistics, inventory, WMS, manufacturing).
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using a Cucumber BDD framework.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, and other QA engineers.
• Manage and track defects and bugs, working closely with R&D and product teams.
• Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
• Validate business flows and end-to-end processes in Priority ERP.
• Ensure high product quality and stability across complex business scenarios.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Priority ERP implementation- Must
• Practical hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, and/or manufacturing processes (as an implementer or key user) – Must.
• Strong familiarity with Priority ERP (as an implementer or power user).
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
• Degree or Practical Engineering Diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Logistics – Advantage.
• QA course and/or ISTQB certification – Advantage.
• Prior experience working with R&D or product teams – Advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Self-learner (autodidact) with high ownership and responsibility.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
