QA Tester – Temp Position (Hospitality)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our Hospitality R&D team.

This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing processes and close collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Write and execute test scenarios (STD / STP) based on specification documents.
• Perform manual testing for Web systems and PMS products.
• Manage testing processes for new versions and developments, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely delivery.
• Work with issue tracking systems (Jira) and document test results.
• Provide professional support and training to service teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in writing and executing test scenarios (STD / STP).
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience testing Web systems (SaaS).
• Experience with PMS products (significant advantage).
• Ability to interpret specification documents and translate them into test cases.
• Excellent communication skills, team player, and ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train service teams and respond to technical inquiries.
• Experience working in Agile environments (advantage).
• Familiarity with automation tools (advantage).
