Junior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our global FP&A team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a large, dynamic, and fast-paced organization.
The role involves supporting the monthly closing process, analyzing financial performance, partnering with business units, and assisting in management reporting to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly financial closing process and related analysis
• Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and provide clear explanations for variances
• Partner with business units to monitor financial performance and support decision-making
• Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentations and reports
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required
• Support planning processes including budget and forecast cycles
• Work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel (must)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a global organization – Advantage
• Experience in a SaaS company- Advantage
• Experience working with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) – Advantage
