Senior Full Stack Team Lead (Exponet)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Full Stack Team Lead to lead Exponet's R&D team and drive the evolution of our construction management platform. This is a key leadership position combining technical ownership, architectural influence, and people management. You will lead a team of full-stack engineers while remaining deeply involved in system design and development, shaping the technical direction of a mission-critical product used to manage complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8 full-stack engineers.
• Define technical standards and ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, design discussions, testing strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
• Design and implement end-to-end features using .NET (ASP.NET Core) and React.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability backend services (REST APIs, microservices).
• Drive clean architecture principles, maintainability, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 3–5 employees, including both development and testing (QA) personnel.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with C# and modern .NET (ASP.NET Core).
• 3+ years of experience building production systems with React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
• Proven experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
• Experience working with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure – advantage).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and best engineering practices.
