A Little About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Marketing for the ChildPlus business unit, you are responsible for managing and generating demand through a variety of marketing tactics and channels. This role requires the development of cohesive marketing plans to support new business development and additional opportunities with existing customers for software and training revenue. Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this position to guide and mentor employees in the department and to work closely with Sales, Product and Training teams to achieve company objectives. In this position, you will develop strategies for product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation and brand awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and implement growth strategies to increase lead and revenue generation, working closely with Sales and Training to generate and deliver valuable leads
  • Supporting the execution of integrated customer communication programs across a variety of channels such as email, customer newsletter, website, social media and more, with the goal of increasing cross-sell and upsell opportunities and creating loyalty for the brand
  • Building out an advocacy program, promoting our customers’ best practices and sharing their stories through PR, case studies and webinars. Key point of contact for PR activities and industry relationships
  • Develop a social media strategy for the brand, working closely with internal teams to create a content calendar to showcase thought leadership and customer successes, and developing content that will drive increased traffic to the website
  • Support the Event Coordinator in the execution of successful industry conferences and the annual SCRAMBLE event
  • Create a roadmap for the consolidation of the two ChildPlus websites, ensuring prospects and customers have the information they need, and that compelling content is driving conversions
  • Act as the key marketing owner of the marketing automation platform, developing a roadmap for contact segmentation, lead scoring and nurturing, template development and ongoing A/B testing
  • Working closely with Product, develop product marketing strategies including targeting, positioning, messaging, distilling key functionality and benefits into core messaging.
  • Own product launches working with extended team
  • Research and understand the competitive landscape and communicate to extended teams.
  • Develop sales enablement strategy with Sales and Customer Success
  • Leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimizing programs to drive growth
