The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking Interns to join our Supply & Partnerships team. As an Intern, you will support the health and growth of our global supply network—the panel and sample partners that power research on our Marketplace. You will assist with supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and day-to-day supplier communication, gaining hands-on exposure to how a data marketplace is built and maintained. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with data and communicating across time zones in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
This is a 3-month, full-time internship based out of our Hyderabad, India office (5 days a week, in-office). Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a full-time job offer. The Internship starts during 1st week of August 2026.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Learn all aspects of sample supply operations, including how supply partners are onboarded, integrated, and managed on the PureSpectrum Marketplace.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and supplier Slack channels and emails in a timely manner, ensuring queries are acknowledged and resolved.
  • Support basic troubleshooting for supply issues, including analysis using dashboards, Excel pivot tables, and other internal tools.
  • Assist with onboarding and integration support for new supply partners, including tracking documentation and coordinating next steps.
  • Help monitor supplier performance metrics and flag concerning trends to senior team members for review.
  • Support the creation and distribution of supplier performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating supplier information and documentation in internal knowledge management systems.
  • Get feedback from trainers on performance to help improve delivery and key metrics over the course of the internship.
  • Stay up to date on Market Research industry trends and developments relevant to sample and supply.
  • Build positive relationships across the organization, including with cross-functional teams such as Product and Client Services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering or Statistics (or a related quantitative discipline) from any reputed University.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other formula-driven analysis; hands-on experience with Excel automation (macros/VBA) strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools is preferred.
  • Comfort working with dashboards and data tools to troubleshoot issues and monitor supplier performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and flag trends or anomalies.
  • Solid judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage supplier and internal queries over Slack and email in a timely, professional manner.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work across time zones, with a willingness to share updates and hand off assignments between shifts.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and internal platforms.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous learning attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as part of a global team.
Please note: This is a full-time internship opportunity and not a short-term academic project internship typically done during the course of education.
