The Role:

Join our team as a Production Supervisor and take charge of leading our dynamic production staff! Be at the helm of ensuring safety and maintaining top-notch quality standards. Uncover opportunities for enhancement and spearhead their implementation, driving continuous improvement and excellence. What You Will Do:.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Coach and mentor production employees to support organization development.
• Train permanent and temporary employees in safety, quality, and basic equipment operation.
• Understanding quality requirements and ability to serve as a night shift resource for the quality department for work-in process and finished goods testing and approval as needed.
• Track and monitor performance to departmental KPIs.
• Perform/monitor inventory transactions within the ERP/WMS systems. Participate in Quality investigations and associated CAPA development. Participate in Safety investigations
• Actively participate in and support plant improvement activities.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum/High School diploma.
• College degree or related job experience a plus.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• 1-3 years’ experience with ERP systems
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
