The Role:
As a Logistics Analyst, you will leverage advanced data analysis techniques and manage third-party vendor relationships to optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves detailed analysis of logistics data, vendor performance evaluation, and the implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What You Will Do:
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and performance standards.
- Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Implement strategies to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
What You Will Bring:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing third-party vendors and ensuring compliance with performance standards and KPIs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with complex data.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in logistics analysis and vendor management.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain operations and inventory management.
