Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. As a PEO Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:

Role Overview

  • Communicate promptly with suppliers and office colleagues; arrive at assigned work locations on time.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to supervise loading, unloading, and inspection (non–quality control).
  • Stay in touch with your supervisor; report any issues immediately and handle special situations flexibly and effectively.
  • Organize photographs and submit your inspection report in the system on the same day.
  • Assist office colleagues with any questions related to inspection photos and reports.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience specifically in final/pre-shipping inspection within the Textiles or Apparel industry.

Technical Skills: Proven experience checking outer boxes, shipping marks, packaging assortments, and handling basic logistics paperwork.

  • College diploma or higher.
  • Patient and detail-oriented; able to travel and work flexible hours (including possible weekend shifts); responsible and reliable.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations.
