The Opportunity
This is a chance to join a high-performing team of seasoned Identity Specialists transforming the way our nation protects our forces and civilians. Our Solution Consultants take on a challenging and dynamic role that provides constant opportunities for learning and the demonstration of their individual skills. The Solution Consultant supports our Territory Managers throughout the sales process with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies and organizations.
- Discovery, using skills learned in Selling Through Curiosity, we layer open ended questions to gain a deep understanding of each prospects needs and business drivers
- Qualification of the opportunity relative to needs and capabilities
- Collaborative customized demo highlighting our value to the prospect
- Architecting use case specific solutions to meet prospect requirements
- Tailored product demonstration, built from templates highlighting business use cases
- POV (Proof of Value), leveraging advanced capabilities and tools in our products, is successfully delivered in days
- Provides additional technical support, builds customer confidence
- Assists in the transition to the post sales implementation teams
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of using Radiant Logic
- Provide subject matter expertise in Radiant Logic products to support the sales team in translating business driven user cases into technical solutions
- Understand and articulate the role Radiant Logic plays in the overall IAM/IGA/PAM landscape
- Technically qualify opportunities to ensure that the solution aligns with customer requirements
- Lead discovery and demonstration meetings and ultimately develop current and future state architectures based on prospect’s specific needs and use cases
- Implement and execute remote and onsite Proof of Value evaluations based on prospect’s specific needs and use cases
- Design complex architecture and deployment diagrams that include various RadiantOne Products in the solution while integrating with other IAM/IGA/PAM products
- Assist Account Executives in scoping solution to create proposals.
- Keep up to date with RadiantOne technology – learn new product features and functionalities
- Test RadiantOne solution offerings, practice integrating with other IAM/IGA/PAM technologies and provide feedback to Development team to help improve solution capabilities
- Up to 40% travel primarily in US and Canada for prospect onsite presentations and tradeshows
- Be a recognized thought leader in the Identity space, follow emerging trends and technologies inherent and adjacent to Radiant Logic’s solutions
Skills and Experience
Must-have:
- BS or MS in CS/CIS/MIS, or equivalent knowledge/experience
- A proven track record of successful execution of pre-sales activities including, presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept execution
- Federal experience is required
- Active clearance is not mandatory but the ability to obtain clearance is
- Ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, on the fly at a whiteboard session or during presentation/demonstration of the solution
- Able to effectively communicate to audiences of varying technical levels in the business
- Capable of articulating solution-driven value propositions with a focus on selling business outcomes and benefits, not just technology solutions
- Fundamental understanding and ability to apply concepts of identity, directories, databases, schema, structure, protocol, LDAP, REST, SCIM, and API integration
- Excellent in person presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with the concepts in the security, identity and access management space including web access management, application federation, and identity federation, single sign on, provisioning, governance, privilege account management, ISaaS, zero trust, hybrid cloud, and customer identity and access management
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Security and Network Management
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have:
- Residence near The Beltway or surrounding area
- Specific knowledge of directories such as Radiant Logic, Active Directory, ADLDS, SunOne/ODSEE, OpenDJ, IBM TDS, NetIQ eDirectory/NDS, IBM TDS and Domino
- Well versed in the fundamentals of SQL databases on Windows and Linux as well as experience with relational databases and use of SQL including experience with various databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- AuthN/AuthZ methods such PKI, certificate-based authentication, Kerberos, XACML,
- ABAC/RBAC, Multi Factor Authentication, SmartCards/PIV/CAC
- Experience with Web Services, protocols, and frameworks such as SAML2, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, OAuth, SOAP, REST
- Some experience scripting for Windows and/or Linux (Bash, Powershel, Python, etc.)
- Specific knowledge of Active Directory and directories such as SunOne, OpenDJ
- Working knowledge of Linux security concepts and administration, and administering MS platforms
- Provisioning and management of user and groups in Linux and Windows
- Working knowledge of Kerberos
