The Opportunity

Radiant Logic has instilled a “Partner-First” culture across the organization. Our expectation is for the partner ecosystem to attain 90%+ sales and services attach. There is significant focus on the Global System Integrator relationships. The GSI Director, Partners & Alliances position is a dynamic and challenging role that provides constant opportunities for learning and the demonstration of individual skills. The role supports our Territory & Alliances organization directly and our Account Executives and Solution Consultants indirectly throughout the sales process with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies and organizations.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our partner business through GSI relationships that drive mutual growth and client delight.
  • Establish go-to-market sales motions and enablement processes tailored to GSI partners to accelerate license adoption and service delivery excellence.
  • Build trust by leveraging CXO/director-level relationships and align across stakeholders spanning service practices, sales verticals and account leads to advance opportunity origination.
  • Engage in internal/external cross-team collaboration with regular updates on partner programs and sales KPIs with a focus on registered and influenced opportunities.
  • Support co-marketing activities with partners to generate market awareness, highlight aligned value and services differentiation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on long-term partner strategy and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate the role Radiant Logic plays in the overall Identity landscape.
  • Identify market focus areas across assigned GSIs where the RadiantOne Platform delivers differentiated value to address clients’ business and security needs.
  • Establish a joint business plan with partners and execute strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes and well-defined timelines.
  • Build executive relationships with your assigned GSI partners and host recurring cadence calls with your sponsor to ensure progress and goal-attainment.
  • Generate pipeline opportunities with GSI partners through account mapping, marketing, and cross-organization collaboration.
  • Oversee GSI progression across sales, technical, and service delivery enablement. Ensure market recognition of Radiant Logic Certified Partners and individuals.
  • Deliver QBRs attended by the Radiant Logic executive team and GSI leadership counterparts to ensure aligned approach, attainment of agreed upon KPIs, and platform innovation.
  • Be a recognized thought leader in the Identity space, follow emerging trends and technologies inherent and adjacent to Radiant Logic’s solutions.

Skills and Experience

Must-have:

  • 7+ years of GSI go-to-market experience with positive results in a SaaS and/or cybersecurity organization. Identity security work history is preferred.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, present in-person, and work at senior levels.
  • Proven success in exceeding quota targets and other KPIs through strong collaboration between internal account teams and their partner counterparts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute joint business plans the drive mutual growth.
  • Excellent analytic skills and accountability specific to sales progression and documentation in Salesforce.com.
  • Referenceable network in-market of GSI partners over the past 5+ years.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong depth of knowledge around technology alliances, Cloud marketplaces and MSP models.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Capable of articulating solution-driven value propositions with a focus on selling business outcomes and benefits, not just technology solutions.

Location

This is a remote role and the candidate must reside in the United States.

Compensation

The role offers a competitive salary (base + commission).
