The Opportunity

As a senior full stack engineer, you will participate in the design and implementation of our RadiantOne Identity Analytics product and be directly involved in both front-end and back-end application development. Responsibilities

• Build clean, elegant, and responsive UIs backed by reliable backend systems (Java/Spring on the backend, JavaScript/ReactJS on the front-end)
• Optimize performance of web applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks on both front-end and backend layers
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs for our services
• Implement new features from concept to shipped product
• Apply engineering best practices and build modular code that is readable, maintainable, and secure
• Write unit, integration, and API tests as part of test-driven development.
• Increase the overall engineering quality of the team by sharing your knowledge and best practices, challenging, and mentoring other engineers, and participating in code reviews.

Skills and Experience

Must-have:

• BS or MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Java (4+ Years)
• Extensive experience with relational databases and a strong command of SQL. The candidate must be adept at optimizing web applications where the database is the performance bottleneck and troubleshooting SQL-related issues.
• Experience with core JavaScript development (4+ Years)
• Experience with ReactJS (2+ Years)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Eclipse RCP/Plugin Development
• Experience with Eclipse RAP (Remote Application Platform)
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with or implementing solutions in Identity & Access Management, and/or Identity Governance and Administration
