The Opportunity

In this role within the Product Management team, you'll be responsible for leading the content development & delivery strategy for all products offered on the Radiant Logic platform. You will work cross-functionally with UX designers, Engineering, and other Subject Matter Experts to ensure our content is easy or our customers to use, easy to understand, and easy to find.

As a Sr. Technical Content Manager you will be responsible for planning, execution, and measurement of the entire platform content. You have outstanding people management skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical content. You are a solid content writer/content strategist with a strong technical background in the Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) space. The ideal candidate will also reflect our company values in their approach to the work. Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and monitoring a content strategy for externally facing technical user guides for all Radiant Logic products
  • Managing the contents, layout and usability of the https://developer.radiantlogic.com site
  • Creating and reviewing technical documentation for all Radiant Logic products
  • Working closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure documents are useful to the readers and targeted to the appropriate audiences
  • Working closely with the Radiant Logic Enablement team to ensure they have the content needed to create and maintain product training materials
  • Creating and managing the contents, layout and usability of the Marketplace site https://marketplace.radiantlogic.com/

Skills and Experience

Must have:

  • Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and LDAP Directory concepts
  • 10+ years of relevant technical writing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication/English Literature/Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to quickly understand very technical concepts and present them as easily comprehensible structured documents
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of the documentation process, including writing, editing, graphics, production, Help authoring, and information design
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and write LDAP queries for feature validation relating to Documentation
  • Knowledge and experience in invoking REST/SOAP webservices using tools such as Postman
  • Experience with one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Location
