The Opportunity

The role of Technical Enablement Specialist is responsible for leading and managing technical learning programs for Radiant Logic and will have an immediate impact across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the successful execution of technical enablement plans and programs to ensure team members, customers, and partners are equipped with content, resources, tools and training to effectively deploy the RadiantOne solution.
  • Oversee the development of education and training content in collaboration with other SMEs to identify and develop core curriculum. Content is related to the delivery and integration of Radiant Logic software, its use and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and facilitate training activities, including new hire training and onboarding, ongoing technical training (includes customers, internal, and partners).
  • Ensure alignment of enablement activities with key events, such as new product releases and campaigns.
  • Manage and drive online, self-paced on-boarding and result-driven continuous learning.
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce) infrastructure and LMS tools (Docebo) for delivering formal and informal learning.
  • Develop competency assessment programs, as well as partner accreditation programs.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement investments and the programs conducted.
  • Determine opportunities for improving the learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery.
  • Effectively gauge readiness of training participants or certification candidates.
  • Partner with the Radiant Executive teams in improving the Enablement team’s processes, provide input for product improvements, help achieve Enablement department’s vision and road map.
  • Provide expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership on RadiantOne implementation.
  • Continual upkeep of RadiantOne knowledge with new product features and functionality.
  • Mentor, lead, coach or train partners, staff and customers on advanced applications of Radiant Logic technologies.
  • Actively engage with peers and managers to create a vibrant and productive work environment.
  • Up to 25% travel primarily within the US and Canada.

Skills and Experience

Must have:

  • BS or MS in CS/CIS, or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • 4 years of demonstrable experience managing enablement programs for software technology
  • Working knowledge of training technology such as learning management systems and course authoring tools such as Articulate
  • Demonstrable experience with technical, partner, and customer success enablement concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Proven experience building, executing and scaling successful enablement programs from concept to completion
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
  • Familiar with Identity and Access Management concepts and solutions such as Web Access Management (SiteMinder), federation (Ping), provisioning (SailPoint)
  • Fundamental understanding and ability to apply concepts of identity, directories, databases, schema, structure, protocol, LDAP, REST, SCIM, and API integration
  • Familiarity with containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Solid knowledge of LDAP directories (AD, Sun/Oracle) and protocol (LDAP v3), as well as strong RDBMS knowledge (Oracle, SQL server)
  • Fundamental understanding of Identity and access governance concepts (ITGC controls, most common IGA threats such as leaver / orphan accounts, access review, SoD, Role Mining, Privileged Access Management)
  • Knowledge and experience with the concepts in the security, identity and access management space including web access management, application federation, and identity federation, single sign on, provisioning, governance, privilege account management, SaaS, zero trust, hybrid cloud, cloud (AWS), and customer identity and access management
  • Technical presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong team player but also a self-starter
  • Project management experience
  • Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RadiatOne software
  • Ability to communicate fluently and expertly in English and additional languages
