Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist with payroll processing and leave management.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
