ABM & Digital Marketing Manager

As an ABM & Digital Marketing Manager at Radiant Logic, you will play a pivotal role within our marketing team, developing and executing an account-based engagement strategy. You will be responsible for helping the company enhance brand visibility and accelerating business growth by developing personalized marketing campaigns aimed at engaging high-value accounts, aligning closely with sales, and driving measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account-based marketing plans for strategic accounts, aligning with the sales and customer experience teams to ensure targeted and cohesive strategies.
• Plan and execute 1:1, 1: 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs to engage tiered accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and critical influencers, and to align account priorities, messaging, and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue operations to manage ABM workflows with the marketing tech stack and to ensure proper setup of email campaigns, nurture flows, and outreach efforts.
• Use intent data, signals, and behavioral insights to refine targeting and prioritize high-value accounts.
• Create promotional materials, craft customized marketing content and messaging for various platforms, such as emails, webinars, events, and digital advertising.
• Manage GTM marketing efforts, including SEO, paid ads, retargeting, content syndication, direct mail, etc., as part of integrated ABM campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, measuring engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and strategies,
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on ABM initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest ABM tools, technologies, and trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
• Prior cybersecurity experience
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of the Marketing Tech Stack (CRM, automation platform, ABM tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
