Location: Remote (US – West Coast)
Travel: Up to 50% for client meetings and industry events

About the Role
As a Solution Consultant at Radiant Logic, you’ll play a pivotal pre-sales role supporting our Territory Managers in complex sales cycles with some of the world’s largest organizations. You’ll be the technical and strategic advisor who helps customers envision and design scalable Identity solutions using our platform. In addition, you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Radiant Logic products to support the sales team
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers across the region.
- Present Radiant Logic solutions through live demonstrations, webinars and trade shows.
- Support our partner ecosystem with any help needed to be successful with our platform.
- Uncover customer pain points and desired business outcomes and align product capabilities with these pain points.
- Deliver powerful demos driven by use cases and customer stories.
- Support deal progression and POVs as needed via in-person or remote meetings.
- Be a recognized thought leader in the identity space, follow emerging trends and technologies inherent and adjacent to Radiant Logic solutions
- Advocate for customers on future feature development and support.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing position that combines technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 3–7+ years of pre-sales experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record delivering technical presentations, custom demos, and POVs that win customer confidence.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: directories, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM, SSO, MFA, federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and Zero Trust.
- Experience in developing solution architectures involving identity integration, data modeling, and system interoperability.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security fundamentals.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience with RadiantOne, Active Directory, OpenDJ, IBM TDS, or other directory services.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and SQL querying.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows administration, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), and secure provisioning.
- Understanding of role/attribute-based access control models (RBAC, ABAC), certificate-based auth (PKI), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Practical experience with integrating IAM platforms across hybrid, cloud, and SaaS environments.
