Executive Business Partner, Office of the CEO

About Radiant Logic

Radiant Logic is a leader in identity data management and identity security, helping large enterprises and government agencies unify, govern, and activate identity data across complex, fragmented environments. Our platform sits at the intersection of identity, data, and security, serving as a foundational layer for IAM modernization, Zero Trust, cloud migration, and compliance.

Today, as enterprises deploy AI agents at scale, an urgent new question is emerging: who authorized these agents, what can they access, and who is accountable for them? Securing and governing the identity of AI, alongside people and machines, is one of the defining challenges of this decade, and it is exactly the problem Radiant Logic is built to solve. It is why our platform matters more now than ever, and it is an exciting reason to join us. We support some of the world's most demanding identity environments, with deep roots in highly regulated industries and the public sector, and we are a well-funded, high-growth company entering a pivotal new chapter. We are an AI-first company: every employee works with modern AI tools every day. Our teams span the United States, France, India, and Romania, anchored by our new San Jose headquarters.

The Role

We are hiring an Executive Business Partner to be the operational right-hand to our CEO and a trusted partner to the executive team. This is a modern, high-judgment role, not a scheduling desk. Our executives manage their own day-to-day logistics, so your value is in orchestrating the company's most important moments, producing sharp, right-hand communications, and using AI to help the leadership team move faster and with more focus.

You will be dedicated to the CEO and will also partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, serving as the connective tissue for shared executive priorities. You will have a front-row seat to the strategy and the people, driving Radiant Logic's work at the frontier of securing AI.

What You'll Do

  • Keep the CEO's leadership meetings running on time and on agenda, preparing pre-reads and briefing materials, and making sure action items are captured and completed.
  • Own the end-to-end logistics for board meetings, executive offsites, and multi-city executive travel and conferences, from scheduling and materials to flawless on-the-day execution.
  • Draft and produce executive communications on behalf of the CEO and leadership team, including leadership messages, all-hands content, and board materials, in a clear and consistent voice.
  • Use AI tools daily as a force multiplier, designing and improving AI-assisted workflows for briefing preparation, meeting synthesis, first-draft communications, and research.
  • Plan and run executive and leadership events, and provide production support for company all-hands, partnering with our internal communications and marketing teams on cross-functional moments.
  • Be a consistent, welcoming presence at our San Jose headquarters, helping it become a hub for the leadership team and the broader company.
  • Handle sensitive business and board information with sound judgment and discretion and represent the office of the CEO with professionalism inside and outside the company.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage highly confidential, executive-level matters.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence and communications in the executive’s voice.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, board activities, offsites, and multi-stakeholder events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization with professionalism, tact, and executive presence.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and AI platforms to streamline workflows, conduct research, and produce high-quality work efficiently.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or CEOs in high-growth, technology, or private equity-backed organizations is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • AI Productivity Tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
  • Calendar & Meeting Management (Outlook, Google Calendar)
  • Collaboration Platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  • Project Management Tools
  • Presentation & Executive Board Materials Development
  • Document & Workflow Management (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive)

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of progressive executive support or business partner experience.
  • 5+ years supporting C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership, managing complex calendars, coordinating strategic initiatives, and handling confidential information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, healthcare, or another high-growth industry.
  • Experience leading special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate executive needs and drive operational efficiency.

Location & Working Conditions

This role is based at our San Jose, CA headquarters and requires regular on-site presence, currently a minimum of three days per week with the CEO, with occasional travel to support board meetings, offsites, and executive events. We are happy to discuss reasonable accommodations for candidates who need them.

Please note: Must have valid U.S. work authorization (including U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents/Green Card holders).

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000 per year. Actual base pay will depend on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and location. This role also includes employee equity, an annual incentive, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
