Primary Role Responsibilities

· Responsible for setting goals, managing staffing, performance appraisal, and salary recommendations within allowed and approved budgetary limits.

· Responsible for ensuring the team is working within the defined processes and quality standards and facilitating improvements.

· Responsible for ensuring one or more projects are delivered on time through, resourcing, project management and escalation of issues.

· Works with other area leaders / managers to set goals and metrics

· Supervise and manage technical and team leads, professional individual contributors, and associated support staff.

· Provide leadership, hiring, coaching, training, and mentor staff members

· Provide status updates to project management, business sponsors, and senior leadership

· Manages one or more development teams of small to moderate complexity, dependent on level

· Works to minimize and/or resolve conflicts.

· Facilitates upward and lateral communication across project teams and functional groups.

· Proven experience in leading software product development projects. Excellent knowledge of company’s software development design procedures. Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making and communication skills

· Set directions for the development team and expectations for the developers.

· Support the development team on Architecture decisions, Technical Design, Code Reviews, and other areas as needed.

· Oversee the estimations based on industry standards, best practices, and principles.

· Can understand and function at a similar level as a Senior Staff Software Developer to fulfill technical expectations within the role and support and train the team.

Qualifications and Technical Skills will include: · Overall 10+ years in the industry. Typically requires 5+ years of technical experience in software development in force.com platform plus 5 years of project leadership or management experience · Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering or computer science; master's degree a plus · Hands-on experience on design, development on force.com platform · Extensive knowledge of Apex, Flows, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, Reporting · Technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation · Excellent Analytical and design skills · Strong skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation · Full understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance. · Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Experience in MuleSoft Any-point platform is a big plus · Experience in RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL is a big plus · Exposure to Analytics, DWH is a big plus
