THE OPPORTUNITY
Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Success Engineer, dedicated to the one of our large accounts. The successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual with industry experience and a high degree of technical capabilities. The role of the Success Engineer is a consultative “Customer-Focused Expert” responsible for defining and delivering system enhancements, delivering on service requests, and aiding in issue resolution. The Success Engineer will also provide tailored training to customers and professional development support for less experienced colleagues.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Lead discovery sessions and act as a subject matter expert to understand customer requirements.
• Relate the ClearSight application to the customer’s business needs.
• Assist customers in optimizing their use of the ClearSight application via events and actions guidance or by identifying automation, proactive monitoring, and integration opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality documentation of customer requirements and design specifications for implementation.
• Produce deliverables on the ClearSight application including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation and unit test plans.
• Install, configure, and upgrade customer’s ClearSight application configurations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Prioritize deliverables in conjunction with the customer stakeholders and Riskonnect resources.
• Deliver training tailored to customer-specific configuration and business requirements telephonically and in-person.
• Train customers on emerging risk management technology topics.
• Work closely and successfully with other departments including Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services and Data Services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 + years of ClearSight Configuration experience.
• 2 + years in customer consulting/support including creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into written technical specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate with external customers.
• Ability to guide customers and internal team members.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
• Possess proven time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely and accurate work.
