THE TEAM You’ll be Joining Riskonnect's North American Sales team, comprising both experienced and new members, responsible for managing new and existing services across RMIS, Resilience & GRC markets. Our team works together; we are a cohesive unit with varied, complimentary backgrounds. Many members of our team come from other departments within our organization such as Business Development, Solution Engineering and Solution Architecting, so each team member has a unique perspective and skillset. We support each other, win together and have had two consecutive record-breaking years!
The OPPORTUNITY
The Riskonnect Senior Renewals Executive has end-to-end responsibility for renewal goals, focusing on Riskonnect’s current customer base across all product lines. Partnering closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success teams, the role focuses on negotiating favorable renewal terms, defending against downsells and cancellations, and ensuring high retention rates. The Senior Renewals Executive will be measured on retention and the favorability of the renewal terms they negotiate. The right candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the renewals process and bring a track record of successfully renewing large, complex contracts.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• End-to-end responsibility of renewals process.
• Develop and execute a targeted renewal plan for the existing account base, organizing resources, leading meetings and negotiations, and closing renewal deals.
• Focus on meeting and exceeding individual goals.
• Thorough understanding of SaaS / enterprise software sales and renewals process.
• Track record of successfully negotiating technology renewals.
• Exceptional time and task management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with C-level executives.
• Knowledge of risk management a plus.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and the ability to track activities, opportunities, and contacts within the CRM platform.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise software account management experience in SaaS or enterprise software industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
