As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing overdue accounts. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers on outstanding debts, ensuring a balance between maintaining positive customer relations and securing revenue recovery.

Responsibilities

• Timely and consistent follow up with customers on outstanding AR via email and telephone.
• Research invoice disputes in various systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc)
• Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Success or other internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer billing and contact information in NetSuite and Tesorio.
• Manage and monitor client portal setups, invoice submissions/resubmissions and invoice statuses.
• Manage shared inbox – assigning emails to internal AR teams, notating remittance advices, assisting with vendor/supplier forms
• Other misc. Billing or collection duties as needed

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Prior experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with basic billing procedures and collection techniques.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or related systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates commitment to task completion.
• Education:
  • High school diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
