Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor all installed application systems and Riskonnect global IT infrastructure.
  • Operate and monitor all Riskonnect Application Product hosted environments.
  • Carryout regular backups and recovery/restoration of data.
  • Provide Technical Support for daily operations.
  • Resolve technical problem with external vendors, suppliers and technical personnel.
  • Deploy Riskonnect products to Riskonnect cloud servers and SH environments.
  • Liaise with other teams in Riskonnect, vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects, change requests and Riskonnect application fixes.
  • Help and support other teams with TechOps related queries and presales inquires for tenders and new projects.
  • Work under 24/7 roster.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Industry Experience.
  • Sound knowledge on, Web services, Web API, SQL 2019/2025, IIS, O365, Windows server 2019/2025, Backup solutions.
  • Industry certifications in Microsoft technologies (IIS, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, server Management) etc., would be preferred.
  • Working on end-to-end IT System and Network processes and best practices involved.
  • Good understanding about Company IT infrastructure, BCP, DR, ISO, ITIL best practices.
  • Ability to provide realistic solutions to complex problems with justifiable efforts.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and update technical artefacts with minimum follow up from leadership.
  • Take part in effort estimates and provide realistic timelines with commercial understanding.
