What You Will Do:
The Infrastructure Manager will report to the VP, Corporate Information Systems, responsible for supporting the corporate department.
The Infrastructure Manager will drive and deliver the vision of the global infrastructure which supports the internal business. They will lead a team of Infrastructure engineers providing mentoring and prioritization of workload. The role is hands on offering 3rd line support for any technical or service issues which impact or affect the infrastructure.
Prerequisites for this role are strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business and prioritize requests.
The Infrastructure Manager role will be accountable for the following:
· Recruit, Lead and Coach the Infrastructure team
· Publish the Infrastructure Roadmaps and closely with the Systems and Internal IT teams to prioritize projects and enhancements
· Operational day to day support and administration of the infrastructure (including Networks, Firewalls, Voice, Office 365, Contact Centre)
· Planning and implementing M&A integration
A crucial part of the role is to:
· Manage the global infrastructure and services
· Proactive monitoring of all technology systems
· Manage and prioritize the infrastructure roadmap
· Vendor management of the infrastructure suppliers to ensure service standards are adhered to
· Identify infrastructure risks and create plans to ensure security, availability and reliability
· Ensure all procedures are suitably documented and published in accordance with service standards
Additionally, this person will be responsible for:
· Interact with the Service Desk to help ensure 3rd line incidents are supported within the team
· Build and maintain relationships with external system and support providers
· Understand the risks and implications of enhancements before presenting to CAB

Experience/Knowledge You Will Need:
The candidate would ideally have:
Technical Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
· Degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
· Virtualizations Technologies; Microsoft Hyper-V
· Networking (LAN, WAN)
· SAN Storage array
· Windows Server
· Office 365
· Active Directory Management
Interpersonal Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated
· Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
· Proven experience in Service Management
· Good attention to detail
· Be able to deal at all levels inside and outside the organization

· Work out of hours as required for System upgrades
· Tact and diplomacy
· Ability to build and retain relationships with other teams and external partners
