What You Will Do:

The Junior Business Systems Analyst will report ­­­­­­­­­to the Senior Business Systems Analyst or to the Business Systems Lead, responsible for supporting the Corporate systems.

RLDatix has made a significant investment in our Corporate Information Systems to build scalable, global platforms to support the business in this exciting growth phase.

The Corporate Information Systems team plays a vital supporting role to the RLDatix business. A key focus for the role-holder is to maintain and continuously improve the underlying systems and processes to deliver an efficient, effective and scalable function.

The Junior Business Systems Analyst role will be accountable for the following:

· Operational day to day support and administration of the assigned systems which can include (Salesforce, NetSuite, OpenAir, SAP SAC, Zendesk, Influitive, Concur, Egencia, Sage People (HCM), Hirebridge (ATS), ADP, and various other systems)

· Ensure support tickets are logged, tracked and managed as required through to closure and keep users informed

· Interact with employees at all levels of the business to help resolve systems issues and provide resolutions or workarounds in a timely manner

· Escalate calls to internal and external support providers where necessary

· Proactive monitoring of all shared service systems

· Ensure all procedures are suitably documented

· Keep training material updated to onboard new employees

This role is part of the Corporate Information Systems team, working closely with all departments across the globe (including colleagues in the UK, US, Canada, Macedonia, Sweden and Australia offices).

The role requires an individual with a combination of business and technical experience working with internal controls, processes, and systems. The role holder will be self-motivated, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business.

Experience/Knowledge You Will Need:

The candidate would ideally have:

· Experience with administration of corporate systems, maintenance, configuration and customization

· Exposure to Business Analysis concepts and processes

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience of improving internal business processes

· Demonstrated desire and ability to adapt to and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

· Ability to demonstrate continual learning - able to learn and discover new systems

· Good communicator - articulate and sound listener, can understand, and can be understood, when discussing business and technical issues

· Good problem-solving skills – ability to analyze an unknown issue and follow logical steps to conclusion

· Research skills - use reference materials to find solutions, prompt innovation and aid personal development

· Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team, but also to assume ownership for own work and work independently

· Willingness to travel

· Strong spoken and written English skills
