What You Will Do:
The role will involve being a part of the team that delivers the RLDatix solutions to the client. The successful candidate will work with the Consulting team to configure the RLDatix solutions as per the agreed specification ensuring the solutions are ready for go-live. Implementation Consultant role will be an integral part of the services team and be responsible for oversight and delivery of complex configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration of RLDatix solutions to meet customer requirements, under the direction of the Consulting Manager.
- Report on the progress of implementation projects to the Consulting Manager and update project reporting documentation.
- Where appropriate, deliver checkpoint meetings, either onsite, remotely, or a combination of both.
- Plan and lead user level requirements workshops – capturing the business needs and documenting them in a suitable format to reflect the Implementation Objectives
- Communicate with internal stakeholders i.e. Product and Development team to resolve issues.
- Assist in updating documentation for internal and external use.
- Assist in testing new versions of the software.
- Identify risks, take appropriate action, and escalate as necessary.
- Provide input to project governance.
- Establish and maintain a solid understanding of the RLDatix solutions suite.
- Establish and maintain a solid understanding of the context of how solutions are practically used by the customer.
Core Competencies You Will Need:
- Domain & Technical Knowledge: Must have a good understanding of at least one product in the RLDatix product suite.
- Analytical Thinking: Must possess an analytical mindset and approach to problems and issues.
- Time Management: Must demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure workload is organized and delivered within tight timeframes.
- Planning and Organising: Must be able to use foresight to adequately plan and ensure delivery of implementation projects on time and in line with customer needs.
- Customer Centric: Must be comfortable providing outstanding support, showing empathy with the customer, and having a strong desire to achieve project goals.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to accomplish tasks thoroughly and effectively, paying due attention to all areas.
- Sound Communication: Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the end user community within the client organization. Effective communication is also needed to flag risks and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Must undertake tasks with a positive attitude, responding well to management and customer requests. Must be prepared to work to project plans and adapt to change.
- Must be able to critically engage with customers and provide guidance to help ensure their goals are realized.
- Problem Solving Skills: Must be able to analyse situations and apply critical thinking to resolve problems and issues that pose a risk to the project.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, system implementation, or client support domain.
- Proven track record of delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
- Experience in configuring solutions in healthcare, risk management, or technology sectors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical software and implementation issues.
- Excellent skills in managing stakeholders, particularly with internal teams locally and globally.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including business and phone etiquette.
- Understanding of system workflows, implementation best practices, and project management.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex software information.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into an understandable form for less technically minded users.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet SLA’s.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take the initiative and work well in a team.
- Practical experience in implementing or training on software systems.
