What You Will Do:

The Applications Analyst will report to the Professional Services Manager and primarily join our PS team, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and completion of projects. The Applications Analyst will work closely with project teams, clients, and technical specialists to support the delivery and deployment of software or service solutions. The analyst is responsible for understanding client requirements, assisting in configuring and testing solutions, troubleshooting issues, training and ensuring a smooth transition to full production.

A crucial part of the role is to being able to:

- Requirements Gathering:

· Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.

- Communication:

· Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.

· Facilitate communication and ensure everyone is informed about project status and changes.

- Documentation:

· Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including users guides, training materials, and process flows and requirements summaries.

· Ensure that all project documents are up to date and accessible to relevant parties.

- Configuration and Setup:

· Assist in configuring systems or software according to client specifications and project needs.

- Testing and Validation:

· Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

- Training:

· Assist in training clients on new systems or processes to enable a seamless adoption

- Key Skills:

o Organizational Skills:

    • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

o Communication Skills:

· Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

· Ability to facilitate meetings and convey project information to stakeholders.

o Attention to Detail:

· Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project tracking.

o Problem-Solving Skills:

o Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.

o Proactive approach to handling project challenges.

o Technical Proficiency:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Familiarity with software implementation methodologies (e.g Agile, waterfall)

o Familiarity Knowledge of SQL.

o Familiarity Data Analysis tools

o Team Collaboration:

o Ability to work well in a team environment and support team members.

o Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Education and Experience:

o A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Information Technology, Healthcare relevant degree).

o 1-2 Years of relevant experience in software implementation or a similar role.
