We’re searching for a U.S.-based Head of Corporate Account Sales, North America East Region to join our North America Sales team, so that we can drive exceptional business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the East region. The Head of Corporate Account Sales will lead a high-performing team of Customer Relationship Executives, build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and develop tailored solutions to transform patient care through innovative digital solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Defining and executing the corporate account sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence in the East region

  • Coaching and mentoring a sales team to develop talent and foster continuous improvement

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations to support long-term strategic partnerships

  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as product management, marketing, and technical experts, to craft tailored SaaS solutions for complex customer needs

  • Using data-driven approaches to manage the sales process, maintain CRM hygiene, and improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Senior-level experience in SaaS sales, ideally in the healthcare technology sector

  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare organizations, including hospital systems and provider networks, and their decision-making processes

  • Ability to travel as needed to support a 50/50 field-office balance

  • Sincere interest in transforming patient care through innovative digital solutions

  • A knack for working collaboratively and cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment
