We’re searching for a Toronto-based QA Analyst to join our development team for a 1-year contract, so that we can provide the necessary technical testing and support to our Peer Support product customers. The QA Analyst will ensure software releases are of high quality, fit for purpose, and successfully tested to ensure the product is ready for customer use.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Create and execute comprehensive test cases based on pre-written acceptance criteria functionalities to ensure product is functioning properly

Be an active SCRUM team member in order to follow Agile practices

Liase with other team members to ensure quality & release process is followed according to plan

Conduct manual functionality testing of team deliverables to follow internal testing standards and quality & release plan

Understand business product domain and create reports of discovered software bugs to ensure quality is maintained on a high level
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

Prior experience in a QA Analyst role, ideally within a SCRUM environment

Proven success writing test cases and conducting functionality and regression testing

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps

Ability to commute to downtown Toronto 50% of the month

Sincere interest in working on a new software developed using modern technologies that will positively impact the lives of healthcare workers

A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a small team
