What You Will Do:

The Expense and Credit Cards Administrator will report ­­­­­­­­­to the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable, responsible for supporting the accounting operations at RLDatix.

This role is within the accounting department and will be responsible for posting employee expenses and credit cards transactions, verifying the receipts are matching with the costs submitted, processing payments to employees and credit card vendors and providing other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.

This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders and how they work together.

A crucial part of the role is:

· To record credit card and employee expenses accurately and timely

· To ensure costs are approved within company policy

· To ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and credit card vendors

Additionally, this person will be responsible for:

· Management of mailboxes and inbound queries

· Produce recurring reports to monitor expenses

· Work with the Accounts Payable team to implement and improve processes

· Partner with the Finance & Other operational teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of costs allocations

· Maintain strong controls while helping the business be nimble and efficient in decision making

· Provide high quality ad-hoc analysis as required.

The role requires an individual that has the ability to work to tight deadlines. The role holder will have strong written and verbal skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Experience/Knowledge You Will Need:

Candidates should ideally have:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics

· Up to three years’ experience within a finance operations function

· Strong oral and written English skills

· Diligent, accurate and detailed with excellent communication skills and high standard of numeracy

· Microsoft Office with a good working knowledge of Excel

· Ability to establish and maintain good client/management relationship

· Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment

· Ability to work within a strong team environment as well as independently

· Flexible and energetic

· Highly organized and able to work effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

· Exposure to multicurrency accounting system
